  • Time Limit: Your refund request is submitted within 7 - 14 days of your course purchase date. We recommend 7 days for digital products to prevent extensive content consumption before refund requests.

  • Course Progress: You have completed less than 25% of the course content. Our system tracks your progress, including video watch time, module completion, and quiz attempts. Requests for courses where significant progress has been made will be denied.

  • Non-Downloadable Content: For courses that include downloadable files (e.g., e-books, templates, software, extensive datasets), a refund may not be granted if the core downloadable content has been accessed or downloaded. This is to prevent misuse of intellectual property.

  • Specific Course Conditions: Certain courses might have specific non-refundable components or stricter refund terms due to the nature of their content (e.g., highly personalized coaching, live workshops, or access to third-party tools). Any such conditions will be clearly stated on the individual course's sales page before purchase.

 

2. Ineligibility for Refund

 

Refunds will generally not be granted in the following circumstances:

  • Beyond the Time Limit: Refund requests submitted after the specified 15-day period from the purchase date.

  • Substantial Course Progress: If you have consumed  25% or more of the course content.

  • Downloaded Core Content: If the core downloadable assets of the course have been accessed or downloaded.

  • Dissatisfaction with Financial or Other Specific Outcomes (Applicable Courses): For Courses specifically related to financial strategies, income generation, career outcomes, or other directly measurable professional results, The Code Mark provides educational content, strategies, and tools. We do not make any claims or guarantees of specific earnings, financial success, or other precise outcomes from applying this course material. Therefore, refunds will not be issued based on your personal financial results, lack of specific career advancement, or any other outcome not explicitly guaranteed by the course content.

  • Course Retirement: If a course is retired or removed from the platform after you have completed a significant portion of it 50% or more. In such cases, we may offer alternative courses or credits at our discretion.

  • Violation of Terms & Conditions: If your account has been terminated or suspended due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions.

  • Change of Mind (beyond stated policy): While we understand circumstances change, requests outside the stated eligibility criteria solely due to a change of mind will not be approved.

  • Technical Issues on User's End: Issues arising from your personal device, internet connection, or software that prevent you from accessing the course, provided our platform is functioning correctly. We encourage you to ensure your system meets our minimum requirements before purchase.

 

3. How to Request a Refund

 

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  3. Provide Details: In your email, include:

    • Your full name and the email address used for purchase.

    • The exact name of the course you wish to refund.

    • Your Order ID (found in your purchase confirmation email).

    • A brief reason for your refund request.

  4. Review: Our team will review your request based on the eligibility criteria outlined above. We may ask for additional information if necessary.

  5. Decision: We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request via email within 5 - 7 business days.

 

4. Refund Processing

 

  • Method of Refund: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Processing Time: Once approved, please allow 5 - 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account. The actual time for the refund to appear may vary depending on your bank or payment processor.

  • Currency: All refunds will be processed in Indian Rupees (INR) based on the original purchase amount. We are not responsible for any fluctuations in exchange rates or bank charges that may occur for international transactions.
